Do your listings stack up to the next agent's listing? They may not if you only have 1 photograph, or none at all.
In the computer age, a house may only be as good as the picture(s) buyers can view online. More and more buyers are beginning their home search online. What does this mean to you? It means if you don't have pictures in MLS and/or on a website, then you may be missing out on potential buyers.
Buyers look at homes online and may decide at that point to include or eliminate homes to go view in person. Giving the maximum number of (flattering) photos is very beneficial to your listing. It also makes your seller happy!
But don't settle for just any old picture. There is a right and a wrong way to take a picture. With my years of experience in real estate, making staging suggestions for my own clients, I know how to maximize the selling points of the home.
A picture can say a 1000 words. So...let your listings start talking.
